Pesabot allows for automation of repetitive queries from the clients and their responses. Whenever a client asks a query, PesaBot machine learning engine interprets the user message and provide a relevant response. In case it's unable to provide a response or its response is below a set threshold, the human agent will provide a response. From the response, PesaBot will learn and improve its knowledge base thus able to provide a response to such queries in future.
